PARKERSBURG – The eighth annual Red, White and Blue Riverboat ARC Cruise helped raise funds for the Mid-Ohio Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross at the Parkersburg Art Center. More than 200 people attended the yearly party Saturday night for festivities including bingo, a food buffet and a spa loung.
